love their soup, fish and fried rice. appetizers and Chinese desserts are all innovative.

(January 6, 2019, 7:03 am)We came here for dinner with my bf’s entire family. We thought it’d be another casual Chinese restaurant but boy were we wrong. When you first enter the restaurant, you can’t help but admire the traditional customary Chinese decor with the dark red wood, spinning table with matching wooden chairs. Before I dive into the food review, I’d have to give credit to the chef for his hospitality and we couldn’t believe our ears when we heard that he used to cook for the emperor of China, hence the name “emperors kitchen”. I’d like to give this place a well deserved 5 stars ⭐️ all across the board (service, decor, atmosphere, portions and quality) all food served in its highest grade, finessed with Szechuan spices and despite them being “greasy food” still pretty clean. The entire family was impressed. Excellent food, very authentic ????????

(June 4, 2018, 4:48 pm)Nice place to have healthy soups. Food portion is decent, food taste decent, not cheap place to go. Really don't want to say this, but a Chinese restaurant in Richmond accept credit card payment is a plus to me.
