(March 27, 2019, 12:03 am)I am grateful Leslie Reilly persuaded me to try spin. The spin program initially allowed me to safely exercise while healing from a back injury. Two years later I am spinning twice a week as well as incorporating strength and conditioning classes into my weekly exercise regime. I set short and long term goals in which the "Shift and Lift Team" work with me to achieve. I love being part of the Shift and Lift Community - embracing people of all ages and fitness levels!

(March 26, 2019, 3:47 pm)I really love this fitness studio. I have tried so many other privately run gyms in Richmond but I would only go a few times then quit. The instructors here are so helpful and welcoming which is really quite refreshing! Small classes and lots of time slots so there’s no excuse not to come. Try it out! You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

(March 22, 2019, 1:14 am)Shift and Lift has a great variety of classes to choose from. The fitness instructors are informed and fantastic and really take the time to find out each person’s fitness goals. The atmosphere of the gym is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend attending.
