Olivia has a really positive personality and she draws people together. Although she is a girl with a happy face, don't let her look fools you! She got skills! If she wants, she can turn any guy into a sandbag! But Olivia is not mean, she makes sure everyone follows and has a good workout. I highly recommend her to anyone!
Joined recently and I couldn't be happier with the results I've achieved so far. The instructors push you to your limits in the best way possible and you will feel accomplished after every class. Give it a try and I'm sure you will like it.
I absolutely love this place! Best decision I ever made joining this studio/gym! The instructors are super nice/friendly! They get to know each and every member and make you feel like a part of the family! The classes are awesome! The workouts are challenging, I am literally dying in the first 15minutes (warm up). I feel the change in my physique and people have commented about it! If you want to lose weight, feel good and become stronger, you should definitely enrol!

Best workout of my life! It is fun, energetic and motivating. The trainers push my limits further each class. I feel closer towards my fitness goals. Also, everyone is friendly and welcoming, so you will never feel judged.
