(June 4, 2019, 10:43 pm)I came in looking for one solid colour and I got this reverse ombre instead. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with my hair dresser she told me once my hair is curled it’ll be okay since it’s not as noticeable. To make matters worse, I was only offered a 10% discount to make up for this matter.
Update: Fortunately, the store manager was very understanding and accommodating. She personally spent 3 hours fixing my hair, I was given the option of coming in before the salon opens. I would visit Hennessey Hair Salon again but only with the trusted hair dressers! -

(February 7, 2019, 4:36 am)called in for a last minute booking, they were really good about fitting me in. Got a great haircut with Olga while I sipped on some hot tea. Service was gracious and professional; she listened well to what I wanted. Price was way lower than I expected. Love the cut, got a ton of compliments on it, thank you!
