  Great to deal with, my second time ordering from essex distributors. Fast shipping times, Great customer service, quick response when I had an issue with my bilsteins which they resolved immediately. One of the best online order experiences i've had in awhile .... will order from them again in the future

  Ordered some Bilstein shocks for my VW from Essex and through no fault of theirs they were on backorder from Bilstein for months. Warren was good to communicate with and kept me informed about what was happening with Bilstein. When my shocks did finally arrive they were delivered the next day. Would gladly buy from again.

  Placed my order and had some questions. Called them and had them answered in less than a 5 minute phone call. Best service I’ve received in a long time. Will order from them again.
