  I have my car serviced here and every time they go out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. Angie and the service team are great and I fully trust this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

  Please note that this is a review for the service team, only.
  
  When I brought my car in for the first time for a service, I've experienced a minor issue and brought it up to Applewood Nissan Service team. They took my feedback seriously and responded quickly. The solution they presented was absolutely satisfying and I came to realize that I could trust them to get my car serviced in the future. This is awesome because there are so many repair shops out there who's interested in ripping you off.
  
  Anyway, here is the summary of my review
  Pros
  1. Excellent customer service
  2. Reasonable price
  3. Gentle and quick pick up/drop off service
  4. Richmond auto mall shuttle also available
  5. Lots of availability so you can schedule when you need
  
  Cons
  1. Location is a bit far from central Richmond

  Genuine, caring and downright awesome. Micheal Chow and Ben Strickland, I thank you dearly. Micheal and Ben worked hard in finding me a car that suited my needs, my budget and my liking. They were always available when I had any questions, moved their schedules around to be accommodating to my schedule, and even after my purchase have been checking in and ensuring I'm enjoying the vehicle. To top all that off, they presented me with a bouquet of flowers when it was time to drive off the lot with my new car.
  
  It's very hard to come across people like this these days. Thanks Micheal and Ben for slowing things down, explaining things thoroughly and making the purchase about what was realistic to my needs. Talk about an EXCELLENT experience! It is all good at Applewood!
  
  A big thanks to Christine Chow from Finance as well! Efficient, informative and hilarious!

  Calvin and Butch were very professional and treated me well. I had an honest no hassle friendly experience. Yes with a large purchase it's a process that takes a bit of time but worth it. I purchased a used vehicle at a fair price and did the paperwork with Christine without surprises. would buy here again. Thanks!!!

  Incredible purchasing experience. Paul offered a high degree of expertise in the sales process. Not what I expected at all from a car salesman, he was up front, honest and created significant value for me in selecting a vehicle and during the negotiating process.
  
  Once the deal was done, Paul continued to ensure that my needs were met. His attention to detail was second to none, and he was clearly interested in my long-term satisfaction.
  
  This level of excellence was also demonstrated by the service team, who I had look at the vehicle a day after purchase due to some unexpected noise when driving. They were ready for my vehicle 1 minute before opening, and had me through the system with a high degree of professionalism and consideration.
  
  Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the Applewood dealership. Clearly they see themselves as in the service industry and strive for excellence at every stage of the process.
