Becky and her daughter Emmy know the market inside-out and I found them to be genuinely interested in finding a home that meets your criteria. At the time, I was attending graduate school at UBC and my parents and I wanted to move closer. We tried finding a place on our own, but were frustrated with the little success we had. These ladies scoured through listings and found several options for us to choose from. Once we decided on a place, they negotiated for a price that was not only reasonable for us, but also the seller.
Because of Becky and Emmy, I now bus for 30 minutes instead of 1.5 hours in the morning. If it has to come from me, Becky and Emmy are pros at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone lucky enough to fit themselves into their busy schedule!
