Friendly. Deal with this company for decades. Unfortunately my favorite staff has retiered( several times).

(July 12, 2018, 6:33 pm)I had gone through a whole issue with an error made on my account during a process I was trying to fix... Long story short I went in and didn't realize they closed in a minute. They were there with us helping us for almost 2 hours past closing and the two woman helping, one was Stefanie a younger woman working for the summer there and the other I believe was a woman named Dawn , she was Scottish and very friendly. They were so friendly, kind and funny that my boyfriend and I spent the whole time laughing instead of getting angry over the long process and length that we had to wait.
I had to come in the follow morning and Stefanie went above and beyond to get me a permit to protect my car that night and she was there to help me first thing in the morning with a smile.
I was told to come here if I needed to do anything involving insurance and I am so glad that I did. Despite the original error , they went above and beyond to fix the issue and took accountability for any problems.
I highly recommend coming here for the most fun insurance help you can get if that is even possible!
