(October 12, 2018, 10:57 pm)We bought a very nice, yet rare AquaBrass unit from AD Waters (Ensuite Burnaby) and somewhere along the process of installing the unit, we lost some washers. Still unsure whether my plumber lost them or they were left out of the box when shipped. In trying to get new washers, there was a mix-up and communication breakdown between my plumber and their customer service, where the wrong washer was sent out twice. I only had to call Jeff once, and he was absolutely fantastic! He did not care about who made the mistake, he just wanted my problem solved. Once I got all the information to him, the very next day, the washer was sent to me by courier. THE VERY NEXT MORNING! He even called me personally a day later to make sure I received it and everything was fine. This is an example of exemplary customer service, and I will always buy from these guys from now on!
