My recommendation is based on how Louise handled manufacturing issues, when I wanted a specific style of doors from a company she normally didn't use. This involved her team to customize installation to my specific requests. It is easy to give a recommendation when a project goes off without a hitch. It is when, at no fault of the company, things went sideways at the manufacturing level, that you truly know whether you are working with a quality firm. That is what separates West Coast Closets from their competition. Louise was on top of the job from start to finish and always maintained contact with me as to the progress. Both Louise and her knowledgeable installers could not have been more professional and certainly went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. We wanted a particular special product, which she researched and sourced for us. She was enthusiastic, accommodating, and patient through the design process, took care of demolition, and dealt with issues well as they arose. A pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with the results.
