  Freindly staff, good prices, lots of tvs to watch sports while you grab a couple beers and some food to refuel before dusting more runs. Wings were great, poutine was missing bacon, gravy could be better. A friend ordered salmon chowder but received chicken noodle soup. When asking our server and kitchen staff about the mix-up, they revealed that they were out of the chowder but hadn't asked if chicken noodle soup would be ok for a substitute. Surprisingly enough, they didn't offer to comp or replace it with something else or even ask if that was ok. It was more or less - here's soup, it is what it is. They were awkward and could use some basic customer service training to better handle situations like that in the future. Zero apology or concern - really? Possibly understaffed but not an excuse. We were still polite and tipped well because we will be back and expect good service on future visits.
