She listens to our concerns, explains the procedures to search for the causes of our complaints and discusses the results. She then plans with us an individual health program. She is science based and nature orientated. We would definitely recommend Dr. Naesgard, one of the first female Naturopathic Dr. Of the North Shore.

She takes the time to understand your family history, daily habits, potential risk factors and comes up with a plan for reaching optimal health. Her assessments have always been bang on, overall a great practitioner!

(May 29, 2017, 10:32 pm)Dr. Heathir is a very caring and compassionate Naturopath. I felt that she took the time to get to know me and figure out what was wrong with me. She was also open to any research or ideas that I brought to the table which I've found not all practitioners open to. She always spent the time needed to get to the bottom of any issue that came up. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about your well being.
