(February 19, 2019, 10:30 pm)I dropped into Crossfit North Van while visiting my sister and couldn't have had a more positive experience. The people were all really friendly, they welcomed me into their community without a second thought. The coach was knowledgable and paid attention to each member of the class. If I lived in Vancouver it would definitely be where I'd be working out! Will go back next time I'm in town for sure!

(September 8, 2018, 9:18 pm)This place is fantastic. Dave and the crew are solid people. I felt right at home as a newbie to CrossFit. Their focus on building a friendly community in the gym made it easy to get to know everyone and they were great at tailoring the workouts to my skill level.

(March 26, 2018, 9:05 pm)Just finished the Foundations experience with Dave to get primed for regular classes, and completed my first class today! What an amazing atmosphere. As someone who is incredibly hesitant working out in front of other people, the community here is incredibly kind. Even on the first class a very helpful member helped me get into the straps to do modified chin ups! I am still a bit like a deer in headlights, but with the foundation courses it gave me the experience to feel more confident in my first day! I am really motivated to get to my next class... after my legs recover....
