  Someone smashed a window out of our tour van last night and Craftsman was more than happy to crash wrap our window so we could carry onto our next gig! Customer service 10/10

  Provided simple solutions such as a courtesy drop off and pickup as well as options for courtesy loaner vehicle. Employees and managers were friendly and quick to respond. Would recommend!

  The people who work here really go above and beyond. It was my first time to visit Craftsman Collision at 1315 Cotton road North Vancouver location. Someone did hit and run so I had to replace my front bumper. The manager Dave was very professional and knowledgeable to help me out. I had so many questions to ask him prior to repair. Dave answered all my concerns by being patient. Dave’s team members also provided me an excellent customer service. In order to repair my car within a day, one of team member gave me a ride to the Seabus so I can go for work. When i picked up my car, I was so impressed to see their work done. The front bumper was perfectly painted same as brand new car condition. On top of that, interior and exterior of my car was cleaned perfectly. I felt that I was picking up brand new car at that time. Overall, I definitely recommend Craftsman Collision particularly this location to my friends and colleagues based on service I received from them.
