(March 27, 2019, 7:54 pm)Great office great staff not bashing them at all just a little frustrated that I've told them a few times and I could not answer the phone before 12:30 or after 12 55 so when I call them back they don't have a voicemail, they don't have a person that takes over at lunch, they shut the phone lines off. Now from every job I've ever worked out I've never heard of a company completely closing for the lunch hour and not having any employees on floor to do work other than that I'm quite happy with the doctors and staff when I am in there in person

(March 9, 2019, 10:54 pm)Great clinic but it is impossible to reach them via phone line. So if you want to make or change an appointment do not count on it. They rarely return phone calls.

(April 19, 2018, 5:56 pm)I found Dr Neima to be very thorough, very professional, and very personable/nice. All of the staff (reception and the people who do the eye testing), were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend!
