  Called ahead to confirm stock. Arrived and was promptly attended to. Allowed me to inspect the blades I was buying to compare to my current ones. Good price too.

  Although I normally dislike their customer service, today was way better than average. I used to enjoy wandering around looking at every little thing they have But I didn't have time for that today. Good selection of bandsaw blades too

  I had a good experience here when buying their 1x30 sander cx510 for knife making (which has been more than adequate so far for a novice like me). When I went to get it they could not find it even though they had it in stock on their computer. One of the staff drove a forklift around looking in different boxes but could not find it. Eventually they told me to go home and when they find it they will call me and hold it for me. I went to pick it up and had no troubles so far.
  
  Location is inconvenient, but the store is pretty cool.
