From day one when we invited Rick in to provide us options for our companies benefit options Rick has provided the best customer service we have ever experienced. He was open, honest and very knowledgeable and never pushed or pressured us to make decisions. He provided many options and then gave us insight on the companies to enable us to make the best decision for us and our workers. We recommend anyone looking for employment benefits to speak to Rick. Lisa in the office has also never disappointed us with follow up questions once we moved ahead, she is very prompt and very helpful and has been completely amazing. These people are great!!!!

When I meet with Rick, it truly feels like I am meeting with a friend that is looking out for the best interest of myself and my two sons. He is never pushy and always comes prepared to present multiple choices that suit my needs. I would recommend RLG Life & Benefits services to anyone seeking a personable and knowledgeable experience.
