  Once again Brad at Heritage Mountain exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time - with everything they needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Once completed (on their own time) they help me to understand my control settings. Extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would 100% recommend them!

  Brad responded to my early morning call immediately, when our furnace broke down just the day before the cold spell last month! He quickly found the problem, ordered the part that needed to be replaced and promised to return later that evening, after attending to his other appointments. He ensured that the furnace was up and running later that evening! We are so thankful he did! We would not hesitate to call him if we had any problems in the future and would highly recommend Heritage Mountain Heating & Cooling.

  It is always a pleasure to deal with above-average service providers, and Heritage Mountain Heating and Cooling certainly fit that description.
  Jesse did a full inspection and cleaning of my fireplace (required by Strata) and explained everything that needs attention.
  Prompt, intelligent, and courteous, and more-than-reasonable rates.

  Jesse arrived on time and completed the installation of a flexible connect hose to a gas line. He is friendly and cooperative. I will call Brad and Jesse again when we need their services.

  We have had opportunity to use Heritage Mountain Heating on two occasions and have dealt with both Brad and Jesse Johnson. The service has been exemplary both times.
  
  Both instances were near holiday weekends when you would expect a lot of excuses as to why you could not be serviced. This was NOT the case here. They went out of their way to fit us in.
  
  The actual homeowner is mentally challenged and we were facilitating the appointment for them. Both Brad and Jesse dealt with the homeowner in a highly respectful fashion and tailored their explanation to the appropriate level so it could be understood.
  
  This homeowner has been gouged several times by service people who, seeing an opportunity to pad their bills, claim to have performed more than they have or have not done the job at all. Again, this was not the case. The problem was quickly identified and repaired and no unnecessary work was carried out. The prices charges were extremely reasonable.
  
  Additionally, the companies billing and reminder system is fabulous. Right after the appointment is booked an email confirmation comes, then an appropriate reminder later. When you pay, a copy of the bill and receipt are immediately issued. Very convenient!
  
  We would not hesitate to recommend Heritage Mountain Heating in every way.
