Many times we are asked to recommend various different companies with in the home improvement industry. I am happy to recommend Big Valley and know with confidence that our clients will be looked after and happy. Further I myself have used their service both in new construction homes I have built or had built, as well as for service of our Furnace, Hot water tank, and Heat pump. (September 17, 2018, 9:51 pm)We had great service the first time they serviced our boiler. A few months ago we called to schedule our yearly boiler service and to have a leaky pipe repaired. The tech showed on the scheduled appointment, had a look at the pipes and said he had to come back as he was running short that day for that kind of repair. He came the week after and did a great job at repairing, however he charged us $130 for the first time when he came and said he had no time to repair that day... I inquired as he was here literally 5 minutes and apparently thats how they work.
I feel we were taken advantage of, we will not use them in the future.
