I'm glad that I went with them, everything that I needed to do was clearly written ahead of time and sent to me so that I wouldn't stress out or need to ask too many questions.

(January 30, 2018, 10:25 pm)This is one of the few, if not the only, independent bed bug inspectors in Greater Vancouver. This is very important because the free inspections by exterminators are not necessarily accurate or honest.
When the bed bug bites and panic first set in, we were going to hire an exterminator right away. Thankfully we didn't, because it would have cost us a fortune (not to mention trouble with the strata council). We hired Bed Bug Mutts, and to our huge relief, turned out there weren't any bugs. It cost us less than $200 and we were now much more educated about bed bugs, how to prevent them, and how to detect them. They were extremely professional and answered all of our questions. They explained the training that both they and the dog went through. Dog was very well-behaved and did not make any mess in our pet-free home.
I would recommend anyone to call Bed Bug Mutts to get an unbiased inspection if there is a bed bug scare, instead of calling an exterminator.
