They offer the rare combination of both technical expertise with outstanding customer service. First, Sam's knowledge of materials and construction is second-to-none. Their lead technician offered deep substantive expertise in industry standards and building specifications. As for quality of the work, they understood that "just good" is not good enough for clients -- they hold themselves to a standard of perfectionism when it comes to work quality, and this mattered greatly to our company.
Second, what I also valued most about Astro Glass "Sam" is trustworthiness: He is honest, and he told me when certain work or items were not necessary, and I never felt like his goal was to maximize the bill. They appear to play the long game with clients and to understand that honesty and reputation is more important than maximizing any one bill. For instance, when a technician accidentally damaged a small item in my house, I may not have noticed -- but Astro Glass promptly notified us of the damage and had it repaired immediately. This business really delivers the gold standard with client service.
Finally, what set Astro Class apart from others, in my view, was that they are problem solvers. They tackle problems with the attitude of "How do we get to yes for the client?", rather than settling on mediocre solutions.

I highly recommend Astro Glass. We needed a new glass shower enclosure. After struggling to get prices and dates from other companies, I contacted SAMUEL and he got back to us right away ....after telling him what we wanted, he got back to us within minutes with a price. The price he gave us was almost 50% less than some of his competitors. The job was finished quickly and was installed when he said it would be. The best service of all the trades I’ve dealt with.... his workmanship is excellent.... we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Best service and prices in the Lower Mainland.

Sam from Astro Glass has always been responsive and attentive to details. He’s also very prompt and friendly and willing to go the distance to make sure your needs are met. For example, I have two toddlers and the glass that was installed by the stairs had corners that were too sharp for my comfort because of kids running around. I hadn’t thought of this before but he was happy and eager to make adjustments to my satisfaction even if that meant time in his hands. He would also drive up anything that we need to make things perfect and secure. I would recommend him to anyone!
