  Beautiful lake with cedar forest and mountain scenery all around. The lake is surprisingly warm for a mountain location. The beach is rocky so bring your water shoes to protect your feet. There are great picnic tables with a place for your portable BBQ. There are canoe and kayak rentals as well. No cell service in the area so plan ahead. Highly recommend you go there for a picnic if you are in the area.
