Did you get the coffee ? Next person was the coffee given to you?
Come on now there has to be better skills here when it comes to understanding dialogue..the drive thru was fine..the guys were ok except for one who was taking on way too much he could handle. Friendly helpful but he was doing most of the work as a few woman were standing there staring instead of asking if they could help him....its a team job everyone..
If you know there is work to be done..dont stand there do it...you never need to have to ask.. People were annoyed and tapping the counter. -

(August 19, 2019, 5:04 pm)The one older woman who works the drive thru window is rude, rushed you, throws money at you and has zero customer service skills. Everyone at my work and people I talk to that go there all complain about her.
