My wife and I have just concluded our renovations of a condo we bought in Langley last fall.
Upon purchase we knew we wanted to make this house our home and decided on some extensive renovations which included a complete paint job, new countertops in bathrooms and kitchen, among many other things and the project included the replacement of all the flooring in the unit.
This is where we feel that Bill Yardley at NuFloors was most helpful to this portion of our project.
We had browsed several other flooring stores and found two things:
1/ Sales people lacked the appropriate product knowledge.
2/ Sales people just tried to put us in a purchase that we weren’t ready to make a decision at that moment. Both these things were unappealing and uncomfortable to us as consumers in a major purchase decision.
All we wanted was some fair advice amongst the products we were reviewing (you don’t need to know all the facts as there's always another staff member to whom you ask a question), a fair price – lowest price is not always best, and good follow-up to our questions after we have left the store.
Bill Yardley gave us all three.
Especially on follow-up questions, he provided the documentation we needed in a prompt manner.
I do not hesitate to recommend Bill to you should you be considering his service for your new flooring.
His conscientious attitude and professionalism always left me and my wife feeling comfortable through the whole process.

This summer we decided to replace all of our old carpets and flooring in our house. We had heard a lot of good reviews about Nufloors in Langley so we went to their warehouse to look around. From the minute we walked in the door we knew we had chosen wisely. We were warmly greeted by Pat who asked us some questions and then set us up with Sherry Webb. Sherry is a Floorcovering Specialist and an Interior Designer. Sherry was an invaluable source of information and knowledge and she was extremely helpful throughout our entire reno. From choosing the carpets, hardwood and vinyl tile and setting up all the install dates and crews, Sherry made sure everything ran smoothly.

All of the flooring and carpet install crews were extremely polite, professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job and always left the worksite tidy and safe for us. Kudos to Jasper and Phil and their teams. They all worked hard and we missed them all when they were done.

We would and will recommend Nufloors in Langley to all of our friends and family. We are delighted with all our new floors and carpets. Nufloors and all of their employees are experts at what they do and they did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They are true professionals in every sense of the word! The installer that Nufloors provided us was very meticulous and very professional. I would recommend Ed to anyone getting their floors done.

Katrina & her team were amazing. We had a warranty issue with our original floors and Katrina worked with us and went to bat for us from beginning to end. The service from the installation guys were also professional, courteous and fast. We are thrilled with our new floors.
