(March 24, 2019, 7:48 am)The staff I dealt with were great. I arrived about a half hour prior to closing but I was never made to feel rushed. They did an excellent job of the fitting and I left quite satisfied with the footwear and OTC insoles I bought. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I feel product pricing should be more prominent as that could be an issue to some clients. Having said that, the actual prices are in line with what other retailers would charge for a quality product. I would shop there again.

Andrea was very friendly, answered any questions I had and made the process effortless, could not have been an easier process!

I’ve been increasing my running distance to 10+km and have experienced an increase in hip/lower back pain (due to my shoes no longer supporting me). I appreciated the gait analysis and high quality shoe options. I feel confident my new shoes will help me run pain free again :)
