After contacting six other companies to repair my Whirlpool washing machine, and being given repair dates up to two weeks from the day, I was surprised that Unimaster had a technician who could come within a few hours of my call. Although I was initially skeptical that the repair technician would take the cost of the visit and tell me that the machine was not repairable, even though it was just three years old, he was able to fix my washing machine within 45 minutes. At the point of sale, he was very reasonable and offered a discount as well. I was super impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and cost of the repair and would definitely call them again and recommend their services. First class.

This is a real review from East Vancouver. I had two different service calls for two different suites this month. Karina answered the phone promptly and took care of everything right away both times. They provide a 2 or 3 hour window which is a nice change from half/full day windows. They charged $99 for the diagnosis which is waived if you use them for the repair. Roy was the tech on the second visit (Forgot the tech's name for the first, unrelated visit at a different suite). He came out as scheduled just a few days after we called (no week-long waiting) and he came back the next day to finish the repair with the part. Our tenants are happy and we did not have any 'surprises' which we have experienced with all the major repair companies in Vancouver (we have tried them all...recommended by the manufacturer and always ended up with troubles on the scheduling and/or payment side). For our needs (tenants in the suites) service is what makes the difference. They really did show up on time and did what they were supposed to do and checked before proceeding with the repair.

I’ve used Unimaster a few times for fixing our Washing Machine, Dryer, and Dishwasher. Every time I received an excellent service. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He’s on-time and the best part is that he is very transparent about the costs involved and what it takes to fix the problem. It’s hard to find someone more experienced and professional than Alex and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for repairs. Thanks again for all your help!
