(April 19, 2019, 7:44 pm)Close and convenient BUT never enough cashiers or staff. Always have to call manager for help to reduce lines. Some good deals on sale items, but typically a little more than Superstore, but that is understandable.

(January 30, 2019, 9:08 pm)Stocked with almost all you would need. Some things for specialty diets like those in my home. Love the vast amount of local suppliers and brands sold here. Management approachable if you have a suggestion for items for the store to carry.
I have been shopping click & collect at superstore often since it’s inception, and recently decided to try at Hakam’s Independent. So pleased with their selection of produce and got my order perfect. Also sent me home with a banana and water bottle with a cute thank you note (my kids loved the joke). Nice personal touch and way to set you apart from the rest. Will definitely try this online shopping with you again, aside from my weekly trips in the store.
They have great in store offers with points at the beginning of every month that add up to big savings fast.
Pricing is comparable to other stores, but some things it is just a bit more expensive. I have noticed over the past few years prices have come down though.
They get a full five stars because they are always involved in the community, and nowadays that really counts for something!
We love it here, and are thankful for such a great grocery store in the Willoughby area. -

(December 3, 2018, 4:22 pm)close to where i live so its very convenient. vegetables and fruits are always fresh .Staff are also nice and always willing to help. its easy to find things since its not big like wallmart and superstore. prices are also decent and some better than the bigger stores. there's lots of parking so its never a problem. there are also other stores around like liquor store and pharmacy which make it super convenient.
