  I have been a client of Tamara's for over two and a half years now and she has had an incredible impact on my life. Not only has she helped me reach my competition goals so far but she has taught me so much about all of the other important stuff too such as mental health, body image, hard work, dedication, etc. She pushes and encourages you when you need it and is always there with that tough love when you need it too! Tamara is incredibly professional and well educated and versed in nutrition and training and I can't say enough positive things about my experience and relationship with her. There is nobody else I would trust with my body and goals.

  I met Tamara years ago when I just wanted a diet plan, she had me take a 3 day diet journal so she could see my eating habits, and then prepared s diet specific for my needs. Then a year or after that I began competing and luckily got on the Tzone Fitness team, she does a diet plan, fitness plan, check in every month to take measurements so she knows where she should focus on more in the next months fitness plan. She is very kind to you, and thinks about your health before anything else. She is quick to respond to texts, and answers any questions that have came up. She is good at modifying exercise so they fit your fitness experience. I could go on and on about how great person, and the whole Tzone Fitness group is. If you looking for a coach i highly recommend Tzone Fitness and Tamara.
