(September 7, 2019, 6:20 am)Bobby was super helpful and very knowledge about the products. It was a busy day and there were some unhappy people with the wait time, this location could use more staff. Once she left, the other employee wasn’t able to finish processing my backup and phone upload (reason for the low stars) so I paid the 75$ care for nothing because I had to go home and do it myself.
Overall, Bobby was fantastic and I would highly recommend her at this location. The other employee was helpful but totally out of his element once she left. -

Bobbie always knows how to help me out with anything, from simply topping up data, adding new family members or changing plans to save money and get the most out of what we are paying for. Bobbie takes the time to listen and understand my needs then offers the best options, she gives me time to weigh the options and never pushes me into something I’m not sure of. Very friendly, helpful staff and they always welcome me by using my first name.
