Absolutely great staff. Fantastic service and after service for my bikes. These guys are very knowledgeable and very respectable for your bikes. They take the time and care to service them and always manage to get something done even if you drop by unannounced. I will be a repeat and loyal customer forever. The epitome of what local community business is all about.

Unbelievable service. They stand behind what they sell. Have dealt with three different people there and all are customer service oriented. Also...very fair pricing too.

Cranky's has excellent customer service and offers a great selection of bikes, scooters, and gear. This is definitely our go-to place for all of our biking and scootering needs - Heath and his team gives helpful and honest opinions and their advice and service has never failed us. They support their community in many ways - our favourite is the local bike jam that they host each summer! Love this place!

I had contacted Cranky’s, the bike shop that I had originally purchased the bike from, after my crankset had failed, due to what I suspected was a manufacturing flaw. While the frame and components was out of warranty Cranky's stepped up and offered to replace the damaged components after attempts to get the issue resolved via the manufacturer and component manufacturer were unsuccessful. Big shout out to Heath, the owner, who definitely went above and beyond outstanding customer service. Conveniently located in Aldergrove Cranky’s with its friendly staff and atmosphere is set up to provide for needs right from child to adult. I Would highly recommended Cranky’s for all your cycling needs.

Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and very affordable. I took my MTB here as I’m going to be doing a cross country trip, and wanted to make sure that it was going to get me from point A to point B. Heath explained in detail what needed to be done to it, and what didn’t. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me; he understood my budget and tried to work within it.

I’m also not the most mechanically inclined, and was worried about parts breaking down on the trip—which is inevitable when you’re riding such a long distance—Heath was super helpful in explaining how to fix certain things should they go wrong (chain, cables, break pads, etc...).

Awesome little shop, looks small from the outside, but has everything you need + more inside.

I’m super stoked to ride the Great Divide, and there will be an added level of comfort knowing that my bike was prepped by the guys at Cranky’s.
