The salesperson I met with was very kind and laid out my options very clearly and helped me come to a decision quickly and easily. Our installer, Les, was also incredibly nice and did an amazing job installing the blinds. As he was installing them, he noticed that one blind was a little tilted, something myself and my husband could barely see. But he reordered the blind and was back a week later to install the new one!

(July 16, 2019, 6:45 pm)Very clear in explanations, offered several options to choose from, gave a full quote at time of first visit - not a hokey "somewhat" quote - so you know up front what to expect in payment costs. The installers were efficient and tidy, and when I had a problem with one blind, they took care of it. I felt comfortable having all the staff that attended to me in my home. Recommend this company.
