(May 27, 2019, 9:28 pm)Such great customer service here! I have been wearing glasses all my life, this place has the best prices and the best warranty I have ever found. My sunglasses frame broke the owner changed them to a new pair no questions asked, I was in and out in less that 5 minutes.

(May 24, 2019, 7:30 pm)Purchased my glasses from there prices were good. But the after the fact is what bothered me .I noticed something on my lenses only have had a month. Tried to clean and it would not come off. I am very careful with my glasses closed case ever night.
Anyways was told would have to replace lense 150 bucks if it bothers me.. That's half what I paid for the glasses. Felt like I was being accused of damaging my glasses to get chipped. I know I treat them well and too me that's a bad quality lense. -

(July 28, 2018, 11:48 pm)Prices are very good, but make sure you take along someone whose opinion you trust because the employees there - the one named Andrew in particular - will tell you every frame looks great on you. Seriously; I tested it. Same advice when you pick up your glasses. The frames on mine were obviously askew and the same Andrew's response was to reach out, shift the angle of the glasses on my face to be straight and say "They fit perfectly, you don't even need any adjustments!". Just persist a millimetre and he'll fix them properly. So if you're not set on brand name frames and just want lenses that meet your specs, you could do worse than SpecialEyes Langley.
