(March 11, 2018, 10:33 pm)I bought a Dex parka jacket from hunnis in September 2017. The zipper recently broke and needs to be replaced. I’ve tried emailing hunnis to ask about the quality of their product and how they stand behind their product. I am still awaiting to hear back from them. I also recently bought a pair of black trouser pants in which the zipper has also broke because of the poor quality. Lesson learned, do not buy anything from here that has a zipper and is priced high as the quality will not last and it seems they do not stand behind their product. To bad, we need to good, quality clothing store. I don’t mind spending the money but I do want my clothes to last longer then one season..
***update*** I finally received a response back. The lady I delt with was fantastic and offered me a full refund or in store credit. I was very happy with the outcome** -

One time I called just to ask if they had a certain jacket in stock in my size that I saw them post on Instagram and I never said if I was going to come in to grab it or not that day but I did end up stopping by that day and they had actually put it aside for me without me even asking them to!
