  I was intending to buy furniture from them that I already had looked on their website, so gave them a call. The representative was nice and helpful, this part is the positives.
  
  Though, as soon as I mentioned that I am from Vancouver on the phone, a different (not to mention the higher) price was quoted and was immediately corrected after I told them that I viewed the prices online; which was suspicious and was somewhat a red flag for me. That gave me the impression that they might have been trying to get whatever they manage to get from certain buyer profiles.
  
  The same day I ended up going to another place that was selling the same model; which was an actual store operating for singular customers. They managed to give me a better deal than this wholesale place despite being a regular store with their extra operational costs and overall higher price range. So I purchased it from there instead. Rookie mistake for losing an easy customer by failing to provide consistent pricing and not being able to beat the prices that a regular store can offer.
