I contracted Versa to do a substantial renovation on my previous Murrayville home. The house had great bones but not much else going for it so we literally took it straight to the studs. We knocked out walls, completely changed the main floor layout, and modernized the extremely outdated decor with detailed millwork and wainscoting throughout the home.

Versa continually exceeded expectations. Trades were clean, professional, and always on time. Budgets were transparent, detailed, and accurately reflected any change orders which were clearly outlined, openly discussed, and immediately added to the real-time scope of the project. At no point was I ever uncertain about the cost which is probably what I appreciated most about the whole process. That, and the fact that I was unpacking boxes and in my home the exact day Felipe said I would be when we started.

FINAL REVIEW is simply this: The typically stressful process of completely renovating a house was made almost effortless by working with Versa. I seriously cannot endorse them enough and to that end I can confidently say that in the near future when I look at building a custom home Versa Homes will be the first (and probably only) builder I call!
