Dr. Lin and staff are very professional. My teen who has anxiety is comfortable coming to his appointments. I would highly recommend any of the Aura locations. We are so happy a Langley location is now available for us!

I really had to post this review after my visit because from the moment I walked in the office, to the consultation and leaving the office, my experience has been nothing but amazing. Right away, I felt comfortable and trust has been established. The office design is very contemporary and professional to make you feel like you’re in good hands. Everything is so well organized and extremely sanitary which is important in this line of work. Dr. Lin and his staff go the extra mile to ensure patients feel at home. They even had a handwritten welcome signage with my name on it as soon as I walked in and it had drawings of fall leaves and pumpkins to fit the fall theme. I thought this was super cool and again reinforced how they personally care for each patients. The consultation was extremely well executed with no pressure and 100% honesty and transparency. I work in sales and this is very important for me. I came in due to chipping in my front tooth and Dr. Lin went as far as to say that the underlining cause was due to grinding and not due to the bite. I was blown away when he gave me his honest opinion in my FREE consultation (which is extremely rare with Orthodontic clinics) and he did so with the friendliest and amicable smile on his face that expressed how he truly cared for the patients best interest over his own. Furthermore, Dr. Lin and his staff emphasized that financial constraints should not impede me from getting a treatment as they will ensure they will work with me on pricing and financing, which is definitely a bonus for many people. This really goes to show that this office genuinely cares about their patients and is passionate about the work they do. I will be sure to refer all my family, friends and clients to Dr. Lin at Aura Orthodontics in Langley. I was told they have three other offices and Dr. Lin works at both Scott Road in Surrey and Langley locations. It’s no wonder why they would be in such high in demand. Keep it up Dr. Lin and the team and I strongly recommend Aura Orthodontics in Langley!
