(March 25, 2019, 3:39 am)I have absolutely loved my visits to Reward Fitness. I was worried I would feel inexperienced and the odd one out but I didn’t get ANY of that. The instructor I had was encouraging and so fun. I left feeling excited to come back! Also, the studio itself is such a refreshing place to excercise- stunning and clean. Love love!

Each class takes you to the next level with inspiring and motivating instructors, in an incredible atmosphere. Try a class, and I can guarantee you will be left wanting more !

(March 25, 2019, 2:35 am)Reward Fitness Studio is a beautiful space that has made me fall in love with working out again! The instructors are amazing and very encouraging. There are a variety of classes offered that make it easy to find something that fits my schedule. My favourites are Sweat, stretch and meditate, TRX and cardio and body Sculpt. Thank you for creating a beautiful space for people to come together and workout.

I loved it, she was very accommodating working around my injury. The workout was challenging but still super fun. She has high energy and is a wonderful teacher for newbies like me. I would highly recommend this place!
