I'm motivated because of the semi-personal trainer and small classes. Most of the time, I was the only one in the class so I got some one-on-one attention. Gage was super motivating and pushed me to my limits. I have good experience with the healthy transformation plan. Minju always open for consultation and follow up with your plan to achieve your goal. After finishing a 12 classes, 3 times a week program, I feel better and notice my energy level is up. I went on for more because I really like the classes and can feel the transformation right away.
I highly recommend this place for intense boot camp to get your blood pumping and improve your body's circulation by maintaining a healthy lifestyle! -

(October 1, 2018, 9:40 pm)I've been going to small group classes (max 6 people) for 3.5 months. Each class packs a lot of punch in a short time frame. The trainers are fun and energetic and they will adapt exercises to your individual fitness levels. I love that they push me through my comfort zone and keep me motivated. Although the cost is higher than your typical gym membership the value is in the personal attention and nutrition training. Crux is an excellent option for those who want personal training but can't afford typical 1-1 training.
