our experience w/ the Murrayville store was overall very good, and very pleasant given the attention, politeness & professionalism of Nishi. Unfortunately, the item chosen was not in stock(there is a good size warehouse onsite) so we did have to wait a long time to receive product -thus the 'missing' star. to my knowledge this was not a reflection on store procedures, so understandable. However, upon arrival home of item we did notice quite an imperfection. As we were in midst of renoing, my phone call to Nishi was quite delayed, but instantly upon hearing she resolved it w/ a quick offer to replace entire item, and proceeded to take time showing me & unpacking other so I had a good comparison to choose from. She's always pleasant, willing to go beyond in kindness, thank you again, Nishi, we'll be in again, J. Baird.

Nishi was so sweet and helpful. I got an amazing price on the couch I purchased! I came to pick it up and it was a blizzard outside.... no problem, Nishi cut boxes up for me for the truck so the couch wouldnt get wrecked and away we went! Great service with a smile!

Nishi at the Murrayville location is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and has a vast skillset in customer service. We have purchased multiple items on different occasions and have referred others. Each experience has been exceptional. Keep up the good work. The furniture has met or beat our expectations.

I love this place. Nice stuff and they are always getting new things in so it's worth going often. I bought two arm chairs for our living room. Great prices. Was just in there today and they had some gorgeous new stuff and even some lighting.
