(May 12, 2018, 6:48 am)They have Chinese speaking staff available. Although I think international students at UBC should have no problem speaking English, but for newcomers or parents of students, it can be helpful.
Not very customer-minded and flexible to solve your problem though.
(January 23, 2017, 8:31 am)They are so friendly and extremely helpful. Honestly my favorite Branch. I have never had one rude experience with them. The lines are a bit long in the middle of the day but I really don't see it as a problem at all :)
