  Great place to stay near campus, very quiet. Room was better than photos, cafeteria leaves a bit to be desired.

  It was clean and seemed free of bugs. The room was small and I suspect the bed was a size double instead of the advertised queen. Nothing fancy in the room, just a bed, desk, and dresser (also a bathroom, very important!!). Parking is extra, breakfast is also extra but fortunately there's quite a few businesses and restaurants within walking distance (24hr A&W/McDonald's)and a really nice cafe around the corner. The area is quiet which was nice. It's a Christian orientated establishment but no one seemed bothered by our metal band Tshirts or the fact we aren't married and the front desk staff were always very pleasant :-)

  Its a dorm room , clean , comfortable with very basic amenities. Budget friendly. Canteen staff extremely warm and wonderful.
  Fan was available on request.
  Proximity to campus saves travel time and cost.
  Accessible eating places around 15-20 min walk.

  Decent place to stay in the Vancouver area for an amazing price if you're on a budget. The place is located on the UBC campus and is essentially a bare bones dorm room. I have no issues with this as I was just looking for a place to sleep. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it had parking at the property for a small additional fee. Distance to the city centre by car is an easy 10-15 minutes and is well worth saving the extra $100-$300 a night at a property downtown. If you're high maintenance and looking for amenities, this is not the place for you. If you just need a place to rest your head for the night, this is great.

  The check-in process was easy, and painless. Staff were friendly and we were even given a free upgrade on our room. The room was clean and spatious, however, there was no AC in the room so it got incredibly hot in the room. Overall a great experience, especially for the price.
