    Friendly staff, lots of selection. They were really accomodating with looking up specs and answering questions about the products we were looking at. It was really appreciated that they gave us a bundled shipping rate for buying two appliances at once. And the appliances work great so far, it's great to get hundreds to almost a thousand off a top of the line stove because it has a single scuff.

    I came in on a Saturday and Kam S helped me shop around. He was happy to try and work within my rather tight budget, and had lots of good tips and tricks for machines that would work best for what I needed (ie. adjustable top rack for wine glasses, or removable prongs for big pots after dinner parties - both things which my current dishwasher does not have that I need!). There was a big variety, and we even looked at some machines online as other options. Very pleased with the service I got at Trail!

    Stopped by the clearance center over Black Friday weekend looking for a dishwasher, and was unsure of which one was right for me. Amidst all of the hustle and bustle, I was promptly helped by a worker named Justin, who gave me the low down on the world of dishwashers. He kept it concise, precise, and was super nice.
