(October 5, 2019, 1:32 am)After a long period of arguing with Regency about our very noisy ticking fireplace they finally replaced it. We now have a beautiful, efficient and SILENT fireplace. Unfortunately it took close to a year to resolve our issues. It shouldn't have had to be that way. I was made to feel like I was going crazy with the super loud ticking noise! Very unfortunate because we now have a great product.

(May 4, 2018, 6:18 am)We had a Regency gas fireplace insert installed in April 2018 and are very happy with it. It’s attractive, maintains an accurate temperature, and is easy to operate with the remote. The installation by Propane Etc. was well fitted to our fireplace and its operation thoroughly explained. Great product and service!
