It was our first time renting a RV, Lynn and Jutah were very helpful. They even suggested routes and campgrounds. Overall excellent service, fully sanitized RV and after hours contact number, in case of emergency. Lynn demonstrated all the operating RV procedures. We are becoming repeat customers and have booked it again. In pandemic, RV is the safe way to travel in comparison to hotel stay.

Le Covid19 est passé par là et nous avons dû annuler notre voyage. Là encore Jutta nous a apporté tout son soutien et son empathie en remboursant l'entièreté du contrat de location du RV. Great service! We rented the 25ft with slide for our family of 5 and it was perfect fit. The staff were accommodating with schedule for pickup that suited us, thorough to show how everything worked and we were on our way within 45mins. We had a lovely 7 days on the road, from Surrey, to Squamish, Whistler, through the mountains passes to Joffrey Lakes Glacier, over to Lilloet, and then down the Fraser Valley, stopping at waterfalls, Harrison hot springs, and eventually back to Surrey. The mountain views were spectacular. Less than 1000km including all the stops, so the pace was right for us. Having all our gear with us at all times was great. Several times we simply pulled in at a rest stop, took a short hike, etc, then made a quick lunch before we were on the way again. It wasn't fun driving in the tight confines and traffic of the city, but once we hit the open road it was a real pleasure. The rig was clean and everything worked as indicated, although it showed some minor wear and tear on the interior finishes, to be expected. I've no complaints about the rig, staff or company. I would definitely rent again from Ambassador. Time of Travel: September 2019, Happy Camper Jack!
