  The staff are super friendly and helpful. There are a good amount of rooms/themes to choose from. We were here for a birthday party and we chose the medieval prison room. We were all super happy with the props and clues that were given, as some of them are pretty sneaky. We loved that they do a birthday promo and we get hints when we're stuck. Overall, it was a great experience and I would come back to try out another room.

  Nice clean facility with games to play in the lobby and nice staff to welcome you in. The theme I did was the medieval prison one and I found it very fun and challenging. They go to great lengths to create a unique room full of props and puzzles. They are also very helpful as they allow a couple hints to help guide you when you are stuck. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  Very polite staff that were able to joke around and provide a great atmosphere. The rooms our party did were great quality and just the right difficulty for our non-escape room minded brains. I’d definitely go back!

  This might be one of my favorite escape games! Everybody was kind here- both the receptionist the staff.
  
  The first time we came, we did the medieval prison. The guy at the front was friendly and helpful. We never finished it but we had a good experience.
  
  The second time we tried the desu- Death Note game. The staff were different but just as nice! The lady even helped us throughout the game giving us auxiliary pointers not included in the 2 hints.
  
  Even though this place doesn't use electronically advanced technology like others, the simplicity and creativity fueled by the excellent customer service makes Trapped one of the best.

  First time there, went for my wife's birthday so was free for her. The place was great. We did the Medieval Prison, the theme room and lighting design were great. Loved the clues. We were a group of four. We also liked their page and shared it on.fb to get some discount. Would go there again to do more.
