  Large, clean and organized. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my shopping here very much. Good quality and reasonable price for Roots. I love this place.

  It took time to walk from nearest skytrain station to the store , but they offered nice discount in some popular products. So it is worth to visit again next time when I travel to Vancouver!

  Love this discount store of roots. Doesn’t have a lot of the newly released stuff but has the less popular colors of roots wear. Still great product! Huge store and staff always friendly. There’s always extra deals that aren’t advertised too.

  Good looking store that has a decent selection of sale and non-sale gear. The gentleman who I can assume is the manager is a great sales person who is super engaging and wants to help get you looked after. The other staff all seem to know whats going on in terms of promotions, but lack the ability to engage and truly up sell.
  
  My girlfriend and I came in just to look and because of the manager left with 5 items. Overall good experience, that is a few steps away from being great. We will be back.

  A very large and spacious place to shop at. They have a myriad of different clothing and shoes, some of which are discounted. The staff here was very helpful, especially one employee who told us about an upcoming sale on some clothes we were about to buy. We ended up buying the clothes later and saved an extra 30% off. Would definitely return in the future.
