I went to Heather for help with my nutrition and she has exceeded my expectations. She pays very close attention to details and she has been able to coach me through the ups and downs. She has taught me so much about proper nutritional fueling for performance and she has always been very quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I would recommend Heather to anybody and everybody who wants to perform at a higher level. Thanks Heather!

What I am especially impressed with is the wide ranging approach to looking at the entire landscape of your life, from work, family, life, diet and nutrition, stress, and all that adds to our daily challenges and rewards.
