  I just want to thank Norm and other technicians who worked on my flat tire today. Two nails about one inch apart. Other shops including Kal Tire told me that it is not repairable and it needs to be replaced. I was heart broken since my tires are only three years old and did not have much wear on them. I ordered the tire through Kal last week and today was the day that they were going to replace it. Norm looked at it again and told me that they will take a closer look to see if the tire is repairable. They were able to save the tire! It would have been easy for them to just replace it and make some money but they really took care of me. Thank you for your honesty, hard work and saving my hard earned money. I really appreciate what you've done for me today.

  I cannot thank Kal Tire enough for coming to my rescue. Daniel helped me at the scene of my flat tire and Norm helped me instore with 3 quotes and great prices on new tires. When my car came in, they realized some of my tires were put on backwards, ended up removing all four tires and putting them on properly at no extra charge. Never have had a bad experience with Coquitlam Kal Tire. Thanks again so much, I recommend to anyone!

  Fantastic team. Top notch customer service, even tho I arrived 20minutes before closing time. Best retail service I experienced for a long time.

  Amazing service. Honest mechanical and tire assessments. Decent prices. And the popcorn machine is always loaded. What else could you ask for?

  I've only dealt with Kal Tire locations in the Okanagan until now. We were in a bit of a bind on Saturday afternoon, and pulled into the Lougheed location at the mercy of a flat tire warning. Thankfully it was a Kal Tire. The experience with these guys was second to none, they were friendly, knowledgeable and had us fixed up and on our way in no time. They even made fresh popcorn for my 2 year old daughter, it was the over the top service I've come to love from Kal. Thanks again guys! Highly recommend
