(April 17, 2019, 9:18 pm)Just joined this box recently and want to say how friendly everyone is here. The owners are awesome, the trainers are awesome, and the members are extremely supportive. People who I spoke with initially sang praises about Crossfit CBC which led me to their place. Looking forward to many more WOD sessions!!
UPDATE: It's now been three years being part of this wonderful community Best life decision ever, my body is in the best shape of my life and healthy, turning 44 this year. -

(October 23, 2015, 4:35 am)CrossFit CBC is very well run and organized. Melodie and Greg are amazing coaches whom keep your safety at the highest of priorities. All the workouts are well planned and the coaches are amazing motivators and I feel energized!!

(October 9, 2015, 1:25 am)I started at CrossFit CBC this year in July. I'm already seeing the results in how I feel and look. My stamina has improved big time for other activities I do such as Yoga and hiking. Greg and Melody do a good job at blending having fun with 'cracking the whip'. Two thumbs up.
