(November 27, 2020, 6:10 pm)RELIEF is the word. I waited way too long to get help with my neck, shoulder, and arm pain. I went to see Akram for a full deep tissue body massage to see if it would give me some relief to tight aching muscles all over. Had two deep tissue massages and felt so much better. I told her about my neck and shoulder pain and that I had osteoporosis. She suggested an osteopathic Assessment. So, I had the assessment done and have been having two treatments a week for just over a month now. The relief has been amazing. Now I see her once a week and my pain has almost left. I should have never waited so long to get her help. Akram is now my go to for my osteo and any injuries I sustain in my sports, etc. I will continue her osteopathy treatments as I need them and will diarize her for a deep tissue massage once a month to keep my body relaxed and away from becoming so tight and achy again. I feel lucky to find a professional who is attentive to my concerns. She gives me exercise homework and always makes sure I am doing them properly. You will find her a positive caring person who enjoys her job and helping others. You won’t regret going! Thank you Akram, I appreciate you and all the relief you have given to me.

(July 14, 2020, 9:07 pm)I'm satisfied with two visits, I believe I feel already 20% better. I tried massage, chiropractor and physiotherapy before and didn't work for me but it seems that osteopathy works fine for me. I would highly recommend her and osteopathy.
